Hi friends! How are you? It was a pretty quiet week, between absolutely nothing happening with the economy or in politics, and absolutely no egregious layoffs or attacks on women’s rights.

On a brighter note, thank you to all who responded to last weekend’s question about an interview series. Yesterday, I recorded the first installment with one of the most impressive Gen Zers I know. It’ll be published next week as both a podcast and a Q&A, so stay tuned!

Today, we’re going to dig into:

  • The collab that’s taking me straight back to my high school fashion blog

  • The sport fashion people are suddenly obsessed with

  • The $29 men’s workwear pant hot girls can’t get enough of

  • The only jean skirt that doesn’t make me look like a teenager in 2003 OR a sister wife

  • The grandma-tested salve TikTokers are using as mascara

  • And a bunch of other stuff!

I hope you enjoy.

  • Not to be all “I did it first!” but I’ve been wearing Dr. Scholl’s since high school. I even have proof — my fashion blog circa, like, 2003 that I will never ever show you. Anyway, this Ganni x Dr. Scholl’s collaboration is so good, really so much better than their recent Juicy Couture collab. Ganni should be a little more selective with their collabs, if you ask me (though no one did), and I believe this is a step — er, clomp; have you ever tried to walk in Dr. Scholl’s? — in the right direction.

  • Trucker hats have been deemed “out” by Gen Z and all is once again right in the world.
