Last weekend, when I wrote about the status-y zit sticker brand Starface’s skincare expansion, I briefly thought to myself, “Why would Starface parent company Brand New launch Starface skincare when they already have Futurewise skincare?”
A glance at the ingredients gave me my answer: While Futurewise is all about deeply hydrating moisture, Starface is hyper-focused on acne.
But maybe my lizard brain was onto something: This week, Futurewise announced via social media they’d be saying goodbye — “for now,” at least — to their followers.
