Dudes are walking around dressed like my grandpa (may he rest in peace): pleated chinos, wife-beaters, gold chains. It’s wild. I don’t think I saw a man in a pant that was not pleated and, like, 5 sizes too big. The Brendon Babenzien-ification of menswear is officially upon us — and maybe it has been for a while but it just hasn’t yet reached my corner of Williamsburg. I’d really rather it stay on the other side of the East River, but I know that’s not how trends work. Either way, it’s going to be a big season for big pants.
