Corsets are trending — generally speaking, but especially on men; Taylor Swift will be screening All Too Well at the Tribeca Film Festival; and Snap announced at NewFronts that they’d be renewing the D’Amelio sisters series for another season (which suggests that people actually...watch Snap Originals? would kill to see some numbers…)

A GEN Z ORGANIZATION IS ENLISTING PEOPLE TO FLOOD ANTI-ABORTION WEBSITES FOLLOWING LEAK OF DRAFT OPINION OVERTURNING ROE, nbcnews
Gen Z for Change (formerly known as @TikTokforBiden) says it has plans to recruit coders and researchers to overwhelm tip lines, rendering them useless.

MEET THE GEN Z FOUNDERS BEHIND A MEN'S COSMETICS COMPANY WITH $1.2 MILLION IN FUNDING THAT AIMS TO REDEFINE MALE GROOMING, businessinsider
Two Gen Z Harvard grads saw an opportunity in the men’s grooming space and ran with it. Not only did their first product, a concealer, win the Esquire Grooming Award (which, for those unfamiliar with these things, is a legitimately big deal), but they’ve also racked up 93.1 million views on TikTok and they expect to make $1 million in revenue this year “by entering brick-and-mortar retailers and expanding product offerings on its website.”

SPOTIFY BECOMES FIRST MUSIC STREAMER TO LAUNCH ON ROBLOX, techcrunch
“Spotify Island” is a place where artists and fans will gather to play interactive quests, unlock exclusive content, and buy artist merchandise. Smart way to get ‘em while they’re young.

Spotify, which already hosts over 2.2 million gaming-related playlists, said it saw the potential to reach a younger generation of music fans with the launch of its game experience on Roblox. According to a Deloitte survey, it cited, more than 80% of people in the U.S. played games, and Gen Z gamers were averaging 11 to 13 hours per week engaging with their favorite titles.

PREGAMING THE 2022 MET GALA WITH EVAN MOCK, MAUDE APATOW, AND MORE AT BEMELMANS, vanityfair
Are you tired of seeing the words “Met Ball”? Give me exactly two minutes! Delia Cai crashed the unofficial pre-game of all the Gen Z gala-goers (which, while cool as hell, did not invoke a single pang of jealousy within me…having attended Teen Vogue Young Hollywood parties in my past life*, I know these kinds of events tend to feel like awkward high-school-sanctioned parties — boys on one side, girls on the other, cliques cliquing — even if all the attendees have a million IG followers apiece). Anyway! Her on-the-ground reporting is excellent as usual.

*not a brag, trust me

515 MINUTES AT THE MARK HOTEL, thecut
Another genuinely good Met postmortem: “I hear a scream and, turning to the elevator, I see Jack Harlow emerging. Someone explains him as ‘Gen-Z Post Malone,’ and I ask him what he’s most excited for. ‘I dunno, just tell them something good about me,’ he says, and then makes a bunch of mystifying gang signs with his hands.”

While we’re talking about Jack Harlow, this is without a doubt the best thing to happen to my week (and Emma Chamberlain’s) (pls just watch it):
